Wood sealant
Seal-It Wood Sealant is warranted to last 25 years. It is water based sealer that is applied immediately after cleaning the surface. Because Seal-It Wood Sealant is water based it "will not" bead. Instead it is absorbed deep into the wood to form a permanent water barrier that inhibits mold and mildew growth, increases wood strength and density and prolongs the life of your cedar roof, deck, or fencing, etc…. Seal-it wood sealant does not colorize wood and allows for painting or staining.
• Seal-it wood sealant prevents rotting and warping.
• Restores wood to its original, natural color.
• Inhibits mold.
• Increases wood strength and density up to 30%.
• Extends stain and paint life up to 300%.
• Extend the life of your roof, deck, siding, or fencing, and maintain the natural beauty of real wood.
• One-time wash, clean and seal application
Concrete Sealant
Seal-It concrete sealant,
is more than just a coating. It chemically reacts to concrete to create an internal layer of protection. Not concrete and not sealant, this new material has the best properties of both. It protects against acids, salts and oils while providing permanent protection against pitting, corrosion and deterioration.
• Increases concrete strength up to 23%
• Prevents dusting, pitting, and scaling
• Prevents alkali damage
• Eliminates water leaking and seepage
• Guards against stains, including oil
• Environmentally friendly
• One-time wash, clean and seal application
Masonry Sealant (top seal)

moulding
