For each and every job we follow these simple guidelines:

1. Site Preparation
We carefully isolate the work area, greenery and
structures- windows, skylights etc.
2. Clean/Wash
We apply our environmentally-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agent and let stand. On some concrete this may have to be repeated.
3. Rinse
We thoroughly rinse the cleansed surface until all contaminants have been removed.
4. Seal
We apply a two-coat application of the Seal-it sealant to the surface.
5. Clean Up and Wash
The surface, now cleaned and sealed, is ready for use. Before leaving, we remove all protective tarps, supplies and debris from the work area.
